Hugh Lamarque awarded Leverhulme Early Career Fellowship

Congratulations to Hugh Lamarque, who has received a Leverhulme Early Career Fellowship to work at CAS for three years.

The Leverhulme Early Career Fellowship is a highly prestigious, fiercely competitive post-doctoral award for researchers who are near the start of their career. Approximately 100 awards are available nationally across all subject areas, so competition is stiff.

Hugh will be conducting a research project called ‘The Causes and Consequences of Border Closures in Africa: A comparative analysis’. The Fellowship starts from 1st November.
